Introductory session for new clients (30 min; online): SGD $75 (credit card $77.50)

Standard individual session (60 min; online): SGD $205 (credit card $212)

Standard individual session (60 min; face to face): SGD $245 (credit card $255)

Standard couples session, 2 people (60 min; online): SGD $250 (credit card $260)

Any extensions needed during a session are appropriately charged pro rata.

EAP/workplace solutions (1x1 sessions, talks or critical incidents): Please contact us for quotation

NOTE: All prices are subject to change periodically. Please contact the therapist for guidance on individual cases if you are being billed on older rates.

Payment Terms: Full payment to be made in advance of session in order to block therapist’s time and office.

Cancellation policy - please let us know 24 hours (within working hours - 9 am to 6 pm) in advance if you are unable to make it to a session. Emails or messages outside working hours will be addressed during the next round of working hours, if they are within the free cancellation range. We will then reschedule to another time that works for you. 

Please note that, outside the cancellation policy hours (less than 24 hours before booking time) stated above, the booking amount will not be refunded for late cancellation unless there is:

* Medical reason with substantiation

* Compassionate reasons with document(s)/substantiation

* Last minute government related call ups that must be backed with document(s)

In case of the provision of any of the above-mentioned 3 clauses, 25% will be deducted if it is a late cancellation. This is because we book the therapists time and therapy rooms as per client requests and when cancellations happen outside the stated hours, we still have to pay our service providers.
