How is psychotherapy different from psychiatry?

Psychotherapy helps treat various mental health conditions with specialised and diverse types of talk therapy. In contrast, psychiatry entails treatment with a wider range of options that include talk therapy, as well as medications and other interventions.

Are you registered with MOH / HealthHub?

The Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) has replaced the PHMCA in Singapore. Psychotherapy does not need a license under the HCSA and is not listed on the HealthHub. We are registered with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC), the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the USATAA.
