Making a change

There comes a stage in therapy where it becomes clear that personal change is necessary.

This realisation can cause anxiety and avoidance. Some drop out and some show up despite their fears.

🔗 Unfortunately, no progress can take place without change.

🔗 Fortunately, everyone can change, if they want to.

A skilled therapist can provide a safe and non judgemental space to try new skills. May be awkward at the beginning but with practice one gets better.
