Do you avoid arguments?

Arguments are not always a bad thing.

Often people feel that staying silent and avoiding conflict is good.

On the one hand, keeping things inside and letting them fester can be explosive in the long run.

On the other hand, letting off steam and trying to prove the other person wrong can escalate conflicts to toxic levels.

In my work with clients I strive to help them learn effective research based skills that can create lasting positive results.

There are many healthy ways of handling conflict and therapy/counselling can be very helpful in creating win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
